  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed, and no hidden shipping costs are added after order confirmation.
  • In some cases, Peaksy may offer free shipping as part of promotions or offers, which will be clearly mentioned on the website or product pages at the time of purchase.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch Time

  • All products at Peaksy are made-to-order, meaning production begins only after a successful prepaid order is placed, and no ready stock is maintained, which may result in slightly longer processing times compared to standard retail products.
  • Orders are typically processed, printed, quality-checked, and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days, depending on order volume, design complexity, and operational factors.
